The Guernica Group is also engaged on a number of projects in Egypt, Pakistan, Palestine and the United Arab Emirates.

In Pakistan we have been engaged by the Government of Pakistan to investigate a Pakistani group located in the United Kingdom (with offices in the United States of America, Canada and across the EU), and to prepare an investigative report to file with the Metropolitan Police Counter Terrorism Command, Crown Prosecution Service of England and Wales, foreign law enforcement and prosecutorial authorities into a serious of allegations including murder, enforced disappearance, extortion, money laundering and/or proceeds of crime, incitement to commit acts of violence and to engage in terrorist activities.

In The United Arab Emirates we have been engaged by Detained in Dubai, a non-profit group that seeks to provide assistance to individuals detained in the UAE facing serious challenges as to fair trial and ill-treatment in detention.

In Egypt we act for individuals detained and facing trial before national courts. We have also been commissioned to produce a series of analytical reports on the political, economic, social and judicial situation since the military coup.

In Palestine we act for a non-profit organisation preparing investigative reports for submission to the ICC Prosecutor and submission to UN human rights monitoring mechanisms.
