Bill of indictment 19/97-L, Spanish National Court 1999, Guillermo Suárez Masón case (Argentina)

 

Judge Baltasar Garzón ordered the detention of 98 Argentinian military men related to the military juntas and the 1976-1983 dictatorship, including Jorge Videla, Emilio Massera and Leopoldo Galtieri, the former governor of Tucumán Domingo Bussi, and the former Chief of the First Army Corps of the Argentinian Army Guillermo Suárez Mason. The judge accused them of genocide, terrorism and torture.
